Love this app!

I absolutely love this app! The trainers, the workouts, the mini challenges & prizes and the way I feel so motivated! The only things I would change are I’ve had the app crash a lot when I go to post my progress and one of the days it crashed and didn’t save my progress so the app thinks I’m a day behind!
I also wish the meal plans were a bit more exciting in terms of flavour (maybe a collab with deliciously ella or radhidevalukia 🥰 & you could tailor them to your goals for example I want to get toned and build muscle but not lose weight! So unsure if that meal plan will match that!
Other than that I love it and have been obsessed with everything Grace Beverley has created since she started! 😍

Enjoying the workouts so far - Definitely seems a more sustainable habit building approach rather than going in all guns blazing for 6 weeks and dying at the end!
App is slightly buggy and problematic - every workout that’s been completed the photo I add in will not save to it, freezes or logs out occasionally, sometimes shows Mini Challenge, other times it’s not there and so on…

Loving the variety

This is my 3rd challenge with Shreddy and 100% my favourite so far! I am loving the variety, and the content of each day! Thank you!

There is absolutely nothing like making small moves and seeing them adding up to big moves.

Love this app!
