What’s your favourite band? Resistance bands provide tension for your muscles to work against. When you’re pushing against a resistance band during an exercise, your muscles have to fight against the resistance.

We have a variety of strengths: Light, Medium, Heavy, X-Heavy, and XX-Heavy. Different strengths have a different level of stretch, so the heavier you go, the more tension and resistance you’ll feel – and the stronger your muscles will be.

We also have long and short bands: long bands are best for full body workouts and stretching, while short bands are best for targeted upper or lower body exercises.

Too small

Seems well made and definitely strong but it’s too small and has limited stretch so unfortunately I won’t get any use from it

Arrived damaged / poor condition

I’ve already contacted customer service, yet heard nothing back regarding the quality of my products received (fraying, discoloured, loose threads, peeling logo etc.). Gutted as I’ve just bought the annual Shreddy plan and was looking forward to using these with it. Instead of a customer service response, I’ve been sent this automated (?) survey. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Never turned up and customer service not helpful

I was excited as this was supposed to be a free gift for signing up to shreddy. However, that has quickly turned to disappointment as the courier didn't deliver the parcel and said they're sending it back to shreddy but there's no clear explanation as to why they didn't deliver it (I was home everyday they supposedly were going to deliver). Shreddy customer service then just told me order it again if you still want it but that defeats the point of a free gift and I've already lost out on postage despite receiving nothing, so doesn't look like I'll be getting any band?
